We have built up an overwhelming track record by undertaking the construction of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment for government offices, etc., and established ourselves as the No. 1 refrigeration company in Tokyo and Kanagawa.

In July 2013, in order to revolutionize the refrigeration industry, he resigned as the third generation president and founded Daybreak Co., Ltd., which specializes in rapid freezing business, with his friends.

As an expert on the circular economy, he was selected to serve on the Innovation Executive Board sponsored by Accenture.

Before starting Daybreak, I visited Thailand with a friend. There were piles of fruit being sold at a street stall, so I bought some mangosteen and ate it, and it was really delicious. I was also fascinated by the transparent white and juicy flesh of the fruit.

“I wonder if I can have the same taste I had here in Japan again?”
I remember thinking as soon as I put it in my mouth.

However, while I'm impressed, I can't see anyone else buying it.
I heard that these fruits end up being “wasted”.
