Place the yuba and soy milk in the liquid freezer.

This time as well, with this amount, it will become sticky in about 30 minutes.
Dairy products such as yuba and soy milk can also be frozen without any problems!

After 30 minutes, remove from the liquid freezer.

It is sufficient to freeze yuba at -30 degrees Celsius, and since cracks will occur at -40 degrees Celsius, the initial setting temperature of the liquid freezer is sufficient.
The customer was concerned that there were some bacteria that could only be killed at -40 degrees. Freeze to the highest level at -30 degrees using a liquid freezer, then transfer to -40 degrees freezer for storage. When I told them that there would be no problem if I did that, they agreed and I was relieved.

Today, we will take the frozen items home and have them thawed and evaluated again!
