Freezing of Chinese food (fried rice, eight treasures, shrimp mayo, dumplings, etc.) (rapid freezing demo)

Today, we held a freezing demonstration for customers at a Chinese restaurant.

The customer currently operates two stores, and was considering opening more stores by freezing cooked meals, which allows them to store them for several weeks.

They also wanted to start a new home delivery service if the quality of their frozen products was good.

Chinese food is more cooked than Japanese food, so it is easier to freeze it. Therefore, I was able to expect results even before the test!

The following are the dishes that our customers brought with them.

Everything was made the same day and was still warm!

Fried chicken, shrimp mayo, bun bun ji, etc.

If you leave it like this, liquid will get inside the container, so remove only the top lid and pack it.
Pack liquid items such as eight treasures carefully to avoid spillage.

Packed Happo greens

Set and freeze.

For liquid products, carefully submerge them so that they do not tip or spill.
If you have a product like this, we recommend a lift-type liquid freezer as it is easier to work with!

Chinese food after freezing

It took about 30 minutes to freeze.

Even warm products can be completely frozen in this amount of time!

Again, since Chinese food is cooked, it is easy to freeze and the results are quite good.

In particular, for dishes such as the above-mentioned dishes and shrimp chili, which tend to become soaked with oil and lose their flavor over time, it is best to freeze them in a liquid freezer immediately after cooking, while still piping hot. Keeps the freshly made plump feeling for several years. You can!

If you thaw it in the microwave, you can recreate piping hot, freshly cooked food!

The customer this time also planned to take it home and thaw it for evaluation, but they went home with high expectations!
