Freezing fried chicken (deep-fried chicken) (rapid freezing demo)

Today, we did a freezing test on fried chicken.

The customer was planning to develop frozen fried chicken, brand it, and develop new sales channels.

This is actually my second time taking this test. The results of the test we conducted just the other day were very good, and this time we tested it with sauce and toppings on it.

It's been less than a week since our first inquiry, and I'm impressed by your motivation and speed! !

This time, we will take a step forward from the last time and focus on actual sales.

It took about 20 minutes to freeze.

I set it in the liquid freezer and it was frozen while we were talking.

This time, we also immediately defrosted the file at the demo venue. Thanks to you, we also had a tasting together ♪♪

We also experimented with the thawing time in the microwave for each pack, searching for the optimal time.

The appearance after thawing is exactly the same as before freezing.

And the most important thing was the taste... it was amazing! ! The texture and aroma have also been recreated.
When they compared it to fried chicken that had been left unfrozen, they were surprised to find that they could not tell the difference at all.

The customer was very satisfied with the results, which exceeded their expectations.

This time, we thawed the food immediately after quick freezing, but liquid freezing does not destroy cells or create air passages that can oxidize the food.
Therefore, so-called freezer burn is much less likely to occur even when stored for a long period of time.

This is also a great benefit for our customers, and is one of the secrets behind why liquid freezing is so popular with everyone!
