The customer usually works as an intermediary wholesaler at the central wholesale market, but he also fishes on his own fishing boat.

This time, he wanted to try out a liquid freezer in order to rapid freezing the fish he caught, preserve it for a long time, sell it at a high price when the harvest is low, and consider new sales channels.
