This time, at Daybreak Co., Ltd., on Friday, June 15th,
"What is rapid freezer? Machine tour and tasting event" will be held.

We are planning to provide a basic explanation of rapid freezer, a tour of the machine, and a chance to sample food that has actually been frozen using rapid freezing.

If you have never seen rapid freezer, want to know what rapid freezing is, or want to compare it to regular frozen products, please take this opportunity to join us.

It will be held during FOOMA, the largest exhibition of kitchen equipment in Japan, so if you are attending FOOMA, please stop by as well.
(You can come to our company from Tokyo Big Sight without changing trains. It is a 13-minute walk from Hinode Station on the Yurikamome Line.)
