I appeared on the podium.
Incorporated in the company name “Day Break”,
"Aiming for the dawn of food distribution"
That's the feeling.
Currently, 5 to 8 million tons of food is thrown away annually in Japan.
Approximately half of this comes from businesses and half from households.
Our company has been working hard to eliminate this type of food loss by using rapid freezer.
