Our efforts were broadcast on TV Tokyo WBS!
Our efforts were featured on TV Tokyo's "World Business Satellite," which aired on August 21st (Monday), in a corner with the theme of food waste.
Since special rapid freezing can reduce food loss, we were asked to cover our efforts together with our customers.
A customer who handles catered lunch boxes is trying to eliminate around 10 million yen of waste each year in prepared foods and cooked rice by introducing special rapid freezing.
