This is a completely new freezing method in which food is placed in a bath of alcoholic liquid cooled to -35 degrees and frozen.

Utilizing the high thermal conductivity of liquid freezing, amazingly fast freezing suppresses quality deterioration and maintains high quality.

This is a liquid freezing machine (alcohol brine freezing machine) that can be completely customized according to the work environment.

This is an example of boiled eggs.
If air blast is used to slowly freeze the meat, a large amount of drips will flow out and the white meat will deteriorate.
You can see that liquid freezing retains the quality as close as possible to the boiled eggs before freezing.

Freezing time required

The actual temperature varies depending on the pre-freezing temperature of the food to be frozen and the type of product.

This is an estimate of the time required for freezing in Re-Joice Freezer.
You can see that this is overwhelmingly faster than slow freezing.

This is a mobile cart to allow you to use Re-Joice Freezer efficiently.

Place the food to be frozen on the platform, move it over to Re-Joice Freezer, and take the food in and out.

After freezing, alcohol will remain on the food, but there is an alcohol collection box underneath the stand, so the alcohol will flow into it and can be collected efficiently.

This is a cart for large machines.
When freezing a large amount of food at once, you can place it on the stand and lift it easily, allowing you to operate Re-Joice Freezer efficiently.
The lifter also comes with an alcohol collection box, making it easy to collect alcohol.
