Freezing the izakaya menu (rapid freezing demo)

Today, we held a demonstration for a customer who operates an izakaya chain in the Nagoya region.

We had a lot of food from our menu, including rice, fried food, grilled food, fried eggs, and fish!

We also got to see how tuna is frozen and thawed.

As you can see, there is no drip at all.

Also, even when you eat it, it has the same chewy texture as ``raw'' and does not lose its texture.

Even after 1 hour, there was no change in appearance or texture!

It is said that even tuna shops can't tell if it's frozen. (In fact, I'd say it's delicious!)

Food professionals are amazed

The customer this time had been training in Japanese cuisine for 20 years in Kyoto, but he seemed skeptical until he arrived.
However, when they saw the results and tasted it, they were so surprised that they were confused as to what was going on and wondered what they had just seen.

The conventional wisdom about ``refrigeration'' was overturned, and the customer immediately returned home very satisfied with the product, saying that he wanted to take it back to his office and consider purchasing it.
