Fried rice with ginger-grilled pork

No seasoning required! Easy to make, sweet and spicy fried rice that will whet your appetite.

☑材料(1人分)
豚の生姜焼き1枚
人参1/2本
玉ねぎ1/2個
にら(ねぎでも可)2束
ご飯 お茶碗1杯と半分ほど
卵 1個
サラダ油 適量
塩こしょう 少々

<How to make>
1) Finely chop all the vegetables.
2) Cut the ginger-yaki into pieces (approximately 2 cm square) that are easy to coat with the fried rice.
3) Add the vegetables from 1) to a frying pan heated with salad oil and stir-fry.
4) Add pork to 3) and stir-fry further.
5) Mix the beaten egg with the rice in advance, add to 4) and stir-fry until it becomes crumbly. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the remaining ginger sauce to taste, season with salt and pepper, and it's done.

Ginger grilled with miso sauce arrangement

This is a time-saving menu that is great because there is no marinating time. I can't stop eating the miso ginger grilled rice!

しょうが焼き用豚薄切り肉 12枚
☆味噌 大さじ2
☆おろしショウガ(チューブのものでも可) 大さじ1
☆醤油 大さじ1

<How to make>
1) Mix all the ☆ ingredients together.

3) Once all the meat is grilled, return the meat to the frying pan, add the ☆ sauce and fry lightly. Once the sauce coats the meat, it's done.

Lunch box recipe! Arranged ginger grilled pork

☑材料(2人分)
豚薄切り肉 約300g
片栗粉 適量
長ねぎみじん切り(無くてもOK) 大さじ1
生姜みじん切り(チューブでも可) 小さじ1
■ 合わせたれ
濃口醤油 大さじ1
酒大さじ1
オイスターソース 大さじ1
砂糖大さじ1
コチュジャン 大さじ1/2〜1

<How to make>
1) Sprinkle the pork with potato starch. Mix together the seasonings and prepare.
2) Add chopped green onions and chopped ginger to a frying pan with oil and fry. Bring out the aroma, being careful not to burn it.
3) Add pork to 2) and grill over medium heat. When the heat goes through, add the sauce from 1) and stir-fry lightly.
4) Add gochujang to your preference and stir fry lightly. You can easily divide it into portions and freeze them for lunch boxes.

Perfect for making ahead of time! Grilled mushrooms with ginger

This is an excellent recipe as a regular dish. Of course, you can also freeze it in small portions and use it as a side dish for lunch boxes.

しめじ100g (1パック)
まいたけ 80g
エリンギ 60g
えのき170g (大1袋)
※お好きなきのこで構いません

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cooking wine
★2 teaspoons of soy sauce
★1 teaspoon honey
★1 teaspoon grated ginger (a tube is also acceptable)

<How to make>
1) Grate the ginger.
Chop all the mushrooms by hand into bite-sized pieces. Mix ★.
2) Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Add cooking wine to it and stir-fry until the water evaporates.
3) Add the ★ to 2) and shake the frying pan to coat the whole thing and cook until it's done.

豚肉うす切り150g

油揚げ 1/2枚

しょうが(せん切り) 5g
サラダ油 大さじ1
万能ねぎ(小口切り) 適量
温泉卵 2個

めんつゆ(2倍濃縮タイプ) 1カップ
水 1/2カップ

<How to make>
1) Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Cut the onion into wedges, and cut the fried tofu into strips. Mix A.
2) Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and stir-fry, being careful not to burn it. When it becomes fragrant, add the pork.
3) Once the pork is cooked through and changes color, add the onions and fried tofu from 1) and stir-fry further.
4) Add A to 3) and simmer. Add ginger until the liquid is reduced by half.
5) Boil somen for the specified number of minutes, rinse with cold water, strain, drain, and serve in a bowl.
6) Add 4) to 5), add all-purpose green onions and hot spring eggs as seasonings, and it's done.
