Freezing blowfish and milt (rapid freezing demonstration)

Today, we gave a demonstration to a customer who is farming blowfish.

This time, our customer is cultivating tiger blowfish, and we conducted a freezing test on 50kg of free blowfish and milt!

Normally, milt has only a thin skin on the surface, so when it freezes, it loses a lot of water and becomes spongy.
However, with liquid freezing, it rapid freezing from the outside at once, so it freezes before it loses moisture! Similarly, you can also freeze monkfish liver!

Our customers were also surprised at the speed of freezing, and said they were looking forward to seeing the results after thawing!
