Freezing cherries (rapid freezing demo)

We held a demonstration for a customer in Yamagata.

This customer deals with cherries, and wanted to spread the Yamagata brand of cherries not only during the peak season, but throughout the year, and was looking for a freezer that could handle them.

By freezing with a liquid freezer, frozen cherries are ready in no time.

After rapid freezing, a variety of ideas seemed to be coming up, including not only completely thawed products, but also half-thawed desserts, and opening up sales channels for frozen products.
I'm really looking forward to being able to enjoy the authentic taste of cherries all year round in a variety of ways.

We are also experimenting with various methods of packing, such as replacing each case or small parcels.

This time, they devised a method of rapid freezing the product without packing, and then blowing away the alcohol on the surface with cold water.
In the field, there are many new discoveries and things to learn!
