Today, we held a demonstration for seafood processing companies.
Today's seafood
The ingredients prepared by the customer are
Hair crab, cod fillet, scallop, and button shrimp.

Freezing hairy crab
Hairy crabs are placed in saltwater ice at a concentration similar to that of seawater for about 20 minutes in a live state to stun them.
Scallops
Arrange the peeled scallops on a tray, then put them in a bag and seal them with air.
If it has a shell, remove the top shell as described above, put it in a bag, and then degas it.
This method allows for commercial distribution with the highest quality.
button shrimp
When freezing shrimp such as botanical shrimp, line them up on a tray, put them in a bag, and seal them with a degassed bag.
The best degassing pack is a stretchy pack to prevent pinholes.
cod fillet
Fish fillets such as cod fillets are also packed in a deaerated pack as described above.
After thawing, the fish will go back to being almost raw and maintain the highest quality, so the sooner the fish is caught, the better.
Today as well, we received feedback from a customer, saying, ``It was a very meaningful day as it was the first step for our future efforts with our own products.''
Seafood in particular produces the best results, so I'm looking forward to future developments.
