Freezing watermelon (rapid freezing demo)

Today, we held a freezing demonstration for customers who process fruits and vegetables for dried fruit.

The customer was considering using a liquid freezer at a facility for people with disabilities, and was particularly concerned about whether it would be safe and easy for people with disabilities to use.

It has already been installed in places where people with disabilities use it, and they are using it without any problems, so I explained how to use it, and they seemed to feel at ease.

As for fresh fruit, it is difficult to return it to a state that can be displayed in a store even with a liquid freezer, but since the frozen state is excellent, there is no problem at all if you use it for dried fruit like this time!
It seems that they mainly deal with cherries, watermelons, edamame, strawberries, tomatoes, plums, persimmons, apples, etc., but this time we conducted a freezing test with watermelons.

Packing is done in three patterns: round, semicircular, and cut.

Since watermelon is mostly water, it will turn completely solid in less than 10 minutes.

After freezing, it looks bright and beautiful!
It's delicious even if you eat it as a frozen dessert!

We asked our customers to evaluate the thawing process and expand their imagination of how it could be used as dried fruit.

Also, this time, we are considering introducing it using subsidies, and we plan to continue supporting it in the process of adoption!

We have partnered with consultants who are experts in subsidy applications, so if you would like to consider similar implementation using subsidies, please feel free to contact us!
(If you apply for a subsidy yourself, you will have to submit many documents such as a business plan, which is very time-consuming.)

Regarding participation in the frozen demonstration

We have already had many companies participate in rapid freezing demonstrations this month.
