Background of considering the introduction of rapid freezer
I was skeptical at first, so I was surprised by the results of the refrigeration test.
JAZZ BAR & CAFE ROMAN has the famous boiled cutlet sandwich that has been enjoyed by customers for 60 years since its establishment.
Even before the introduction of rapid freezer, it was locally famous as our store's signature product, but it was only sold at our store in Hachioji.
The reason for the introduction was that we wanted to spread this across the country.

We aim to turn this Hachioji specialty into a standard Tokyo souvenir!
In the future, we would like to expand our sales outlets beyond just department stores. Ultimately, we aim to make it a famous Tokyo souvenir.
To that end, we are currently preparing to increase production. However, the sauce for the boiled cutlet sandwich is a secret flavor, so I'm planning to do it first with my own eyes.
