■If stored at room temperature, the storage period is approximately 1 day. If the room temperature is high or the humidity is high, such as in the summer, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator instead of storing it at room temperature.

Before eating, check to see if there is any change in smell or taste. Reheating food before eating increases safety.

Also, by adding more flavor, it will be less likely to spoil and will be easier to store.

■If stored in the refrigerator, the storage period is approximately 3 to 5 days. Store in a sealed container.

■The storage period for frozen storage is approximately 1 month.

There is no problem with the quality within the storage period, but as time passes, it will inevitably come into contact with the air and suffer freezer burn, so it is best to eat it early to preserve its deliciousness.

How to defrost Kinpira burdock
